Dhikr Therapy to Improve Gratitude

This study aims to determine whether there is an increase in gratitude after being given dhikr therapy training students of the Faculty Social and Political Sciences, Mulawarman University. uses a quantitative experimental method. The subjects this were 18 Department Psychology University, using purposive sampling technique. data collection method used scale as pretest posttest. was carried out 1 meeting by measuring before (pretest) ended (posttest). Data analyzed Wilcoxon rank test SPSS 25.0 for windows. results showed that: (1) significant with statistical (Z) = -2.677 p 0.007 (p less than 0.05); (2) no difference scores control group which not -1.409 0.159 more 0.05). Abstrak: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui apakah ada peningkatan rasa syukur setelah diberikan pelatihan terapi dzikir kepada mahasiswa Fakultas Ilmu Sosial dan Politik Universitas Mulawarman. menggunakan metode eksperimen kuantitatif. Subjek dalam penelitian adalah Jurusan Psikologi dengan teknik sampling. Metode pengumpulan yang digunakan skala sebagai Pelatihan dilaksanakan pertemuan mengukur sebelum berakhir dianalisis uji peringkat Hasil menunjukkan bahwa: terjadi signifikan hasil statistik -2,677 p= 0,007 0,05); tidak terdapat perbedaan skor sesudah pada kelompok kontrol -1,409 0,159 0,05).
